I bought these online thinking they were going to be different than the ones I buy around where I live for $5.00. Boy was I wrong..I can buy these for $5.00 (the same exact product) in a store around where I live. This breaks easily..if you have kids and they jump on the bed, forget about it, they will rip. I bought two of these thinking they were going to be different than the ones they sell around my way.
When me and my husband were putting this on our mattress (I realized I had been ripped off, but didn't want to endure the hassle of sending it back to the seller) - it ripped. The zipper broke (mind you we were being extra careful) and there's a hole on the other side of it. Don't waste your money on this..it's not worth it!
I don't know if the rest of these reviews are fake or unaware that you can get this product 10x cheaper elsewhere! Horrible quality.

 I sleep nights because of this Mattress protectorMay 27, 2010
My animals sleep with me at night and they go out during the day so needless to say they bring in anything thats outside. I apply flea stuff to them monthly but that doesnt prevent them from bringing it inside...it just prevents them from getting "eaten up." And because they sleep with me at night, I find myself scratching a bit and a few times i believe I encountered a bad flea infestation in my bed and household. I remedied this situation by buying these vinyl protectors. The protectors are fantastic because my bed stays sanitary (and I have a tempurpedic) and I bimonthly wash my bedding. Since taken these actions Ive had no more issues...no more flea problems... everything is clean...and I sleep nights knowing my tempurpedic hasnt become a breeding ground for every insect in town. Ive been buying these protectors for years now and just bought 3 more (I just moved and wanted clean ones for the new house. This is a very good investment if you want to protect your bed....and keep you and your babies clean.

Perfect fit, but you'll need help putting it onJan 05, 2010
Yes, it's a great item and well constructed. It's a snug fit, which means you'll definitely need help putting it over your mattress. If you don't, you'll tear a hole in it just as I did. It's not a product flaw, just a "bull in a china closet" mentality I had when haphazardly putting it on. Anyway, you'll like it. Works great for my needs (I bought it to prevent bedbugs...my neighbors in my apartment building had them and this was one of the many lines of defensive measures).

I had recently purchased a new mattress that was made with polyurethane foam. I am chemically sensitive and the mattress smelled awful. This mattress cover does an excellent job of keeping the deadly fumes from escaping. I can sleep thru the night now... without the headaches and leg cramps.

The mattress cover is just as described. It is a perfect fit for the queen size mattress. I'm glad the fabric doesn't make noise when you move on it.
